I have been wanting to show these images for a while and just haven’t gotten around to it. Now that I am busy working away finishing the editing of Christina and Lucas wedding, I thought I would take a break and finally show off some of these elegant bridal portraits we took at Laguna Gloria. I can’t tell you how much fun Christina and I had together. It was just the two of us and we had an absolute ball. Christina use to work at Laguna Gloria and so it was a very special place for her, and she had a lot of input into the shoot and the history and spirit of the place played a significant role. (of course we had to throw in a few high fashion type shots too) I love when my clients have unique creative visions and then trust me to execute them. The shoot become such a create collaboration. We wanted to create a shoot that inspired by the period of the place, something classic that might keep people guessing when the images were taken. What I also love is that we both really thought about the type of wall art that would be the final presentation. I am sure her final piece will be hanging in their home for decades and a great family heirloom.
I love this next one by the window…so pretty. I love the light and the architectural detailing around the window and on the floor.
