One of my favorite architecture types in Texas is the historic wooden dance halls scattered about its small towns that were built by German and Czech ancestors. Some of them have been beautifully preserved and their wooden floors are still sanded down by the gentle slide of people dancing in their boots. Christa and Brandon held their reception at the dance hall in La Grange. Its rich wood was absolutely incredible.
