Sarah and Travis were married at the Smith Family Chapel and their reception was held at the Austin Country Club. Their ceremony was amazingly romantic candlelit ceremony. These two definitely wanted to provide THE party of the season for their 300 guests and brought in an amazing band from Dallas. I loved the sunglasses and Santa hats they provided for their guests. It kept the dance floor going. One of my favorite memories, was Travis’ dad and all his buddies getting up on stage and playing together. They had a band in the 60’s and you could tell they were seriously cool back in the day. It was absolutely amazing.
A sweet little detail, Sara sewed one of her dad’s monogrammed shirt panels inside her dress.
I loved this moment. Once Sara walked down the aisle, her mother joined them to give her away. And during the ministers prayer, they gave each other a tender and acknowledging hug.
The groom’s dad and his buddies playing some of their originals couldn’t have been a better treat for everyone.
