My goal is to build a team and coverage plan around your wedding rather than adding services simply because they are available.

Every wedding is different, so I do not photograph toward a set number.

You will receive a carefully edited collection that represents the full celebration, including major events, portraits, details, expressions, guest interactions, and the unexpected moments happening around them.

For a traditional wedding day, galleries often contain several hundred finished photographs. Larger weddings and multi-day celebrations naturally result in more images. I generally estimate the average is 50-75 images per shooting hour.

Every delivered photograph is individually reviewed and edited in my studio.

My editing is clean, refined, and true to the colors and atmosphere of the wedding. I avoid heavy filters and editing treatments that can distract from the people and setting. The goal is consistency across the entire gallery, including changing light, indoor spaces, evening receptions, and difficult weather conditions.

We apply light retouching to your images as needed.

You will receive a preview shortly after the wedding so you have photographs to enjoy and share while the complete gallery is being prepared. Generally, I strive to get sneak peeks out to the couple within a week of their wedding.

Your full delivery timeline will be outlined in your proposal and agreement. Turnaround can vary depending on the collection and the amount of coverage included. Most contracts state an approximate 12-15 week turnaround, but we generally aim for 6 weeks. Sometimes its a little longer than six weeks during busy seasons. We put a lot of care and attention into your images.

Protecting your photographs is an important part of our workflow.

Professional cameras with redundant recording are used throughout the wedding, and multiple copies of your files are maintained after the event.
Images are backed up locally and off site while your wedding is being edited and prepared for delivery. And we do not write over our cards until the gallery is delivered.

In the very unlikely event that an emergency prevented me from photographing your wedding, I would immediately work to provide an experienced replacement, fully brief that photographer on your plans and priorities, and remain involved in the process wherever possible.

We handle the process with you, including image selection, album design, sizing, materials, and presentation, so you are not left with hundreds of digital files and another project to complete on your own.
